Fire Alarm: 

--> Investigate fire alarm requirements;
--> Prepare drawings and specifications (i.e., Design and construction documents) for all types of fire alarm and detection systems including manual fire alarm, smoke, heat, infrared and ultraviolet detection, evacuation, paging, fire department communication, gate, waterflow and suppression system supervisory, etc.;
--> Monitor contractor’s performance (submittal reviews, RFI's, etc.);
--> Witness system acceptance tests.

Fire Suppression:

--> Investigate fire suppression requirements and available water supplies for fire protection purposes;
--> Prepare drawings and specifications (i.e., Design and construction documents) for all types of fire suppression systems including wet-pipe, dry-pipe, deluge, preaction, gaseous, foam, etc.;
--> Monitor contractor’s performance (submittal reviews, RFI's, etc.);
--> Witness system acceptance tests.

Smoke Control:

--> Investigate smoke control design and testing requirements;
--> Develop design approach including identifying fire scenarios, perform fire modeling calculations, determining fire size, and developing critical control diagrams;
--> Coordinate system acceptance and annual tests including verify sequence of operation and assisting with fire department and building department system tests.

Security Alarm:

--> Conduct facility audits;
--> Prepare drawings and specifications (i.e., Design and construction documents) for all types of security systems including perimeter security, CCTV, access control, etc.;
--> Monitor contractor’s performance (submittal reviews, RFI's, etc.);
--> Witness system acceptance tests.
